After two years on a secondment in QI I have been lucky enough to secure a permanent role as a QI Lead. Thank you to colleagues who answered my survey around what I've been doing well and where the opportunities are for improvement in terms of the service I deliver 💜

@RobinD100 @JacquiWilko1 This is a really interesting thread. Something I can relate too, always felt like I had to prove myself because I don't have a clinical background. However, my manager has been amazing at showing me the value I bring in not having a clinical background ☺️
