@OpenUniversity Hi everyone, just found a really absurd way around this problem. Step 1: Download OU Anywhere app. Step 2: Log in using your PI number (don’t ask me why this works), and your password from before you started messing about. (1/?)

@OpenUniversity I’ve tried to reset my password numerous times using my registered email address I am not getting any emails at all and the computing help desk are too busy to take my call I’m currently unable to access any of my modules and have a TMA due in not happy with this at all

@OpenUniversity I am using the correct email address and all lower case I am still in the process of finishing my TMA and need to access the module materials for referencing

@lisasofo Hi Lisa, are you entering your email that we regularly communicate to you via, and have you entered it all in lower case? If you need to submit a TMA, please DM us and we'll advise how you can do so via email.
