The problem with MushoTen is that its fans act like it's not generic harem wish-fulfillment isekai slop when that's exactly what it is. And it's very upfront and shameless about it. Re:Zero, Konosuba, and even SAO are less slop than MT, yet their fans don't fart-sniff as much.

Mushoku Tensei is the final form of the Thermian Argument. Inventing scenarios in a fictional story you made every creative decision in to make it okay to cheat on your wife. Like it's just a historical document you're trying to make sense of as some real world happening.
