Instructional strategies and differentiation provide various methods for students to master those skills. So no, JimBob, not all students would learn the same way. Any good teacher knows this.

Have you seen how many steps Common Core math makes them do to get the right answer? We DO NOT needs all children in the US learning the same way. That holds way more kids back than it would ever raise up.

Let’s be clear: the Department of Education exists because states wouldn’t fund poor schools, wouldn’t protect kids with disabilities, wouldn’t follow civil rights law, especially in the South. Anyone calling to abolish it is calling to turn back the clock—and we can’t let that happen.
