Genocide requires intent. It was used to describe the particular horror of the Holocaust in which the intent to destroy the Jews of Europe meant that while boys were left to defend Berlin, soldiers were still involved in the mass gassing of Jews. They nearly succeeded in their intention, killing more Jews in two weeks than Palestinians killed in two years. In the final six months of the war they killed near 500,000 Hungarian Jews. If Israel intended to wipe out the Palestinians there would be no Palestinians left. This is why the use of this word is so dangerously utilised by people who have unconsciously imbibed Soviet ideology which first labelled this a genocide in the 1960s. If all war is now a genocide, then what word do we have left for actual genocides?

That's not what he said in his post... Real world evidence is good, but medical testing requires controls, outcome tracking and more. It's part of the approval process for any medication and vaccine. If @DrNeilStone wants to say "real world evidence" says that it is safe, then that's a good statement. But when he says 8 Billion (BILLION) doses represents Medical testing, he is wrong. We need to trust science and medicine. "Experts" need to be careful on how they represent science/medicine to ensure they are accurate, honest and do not cause misinformation.

This is scientifically incorrect statement and dishonest to claim that the 8 billion doses were part of a medical test. You have no controls, reporting, documentation, etc. on those 8 billion doses so you can't track outcomes, complications, etc. Medical testing has requirements.
