Yesterday I posted two parcels overseas (EU and USA). Both were lightweight and inexpensive. The cost was £35.60 which inc a RM admin fee (!?) of £1.50. What the hell? An admin fee for doing the job? Total was over 6x the cost of the items. No wonder people are not using RM....
