@ING_Aust Is this still an issue? I have a new phone and can’t login using the app. Your call wait times are 30-40 mins which is crazy.

We are responding to reports that some customers are experiencing issues logging into the ING app and website. We are investigating this as a matter of priority. There is no impact to making card payments in-store or online, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or withdrawing cash from ATMs.

@passportwaiting I’ve tried to cancel my application just to get my supporting documents back (including overseas passport) but the letter requesting the cancellation is further behind in the queue than my application. There needs to be a two way communication channel that can generate action.

@teachersimonw @passportwaiting I applied for adult first passport from Australia on 23 April. Didn’t even get a notification that there were any delays. It took 3 weeks for acknowledgement of receipt of supporting documents (AU passport that I need back urgently). No further news.
