This analogy is helpful when thinking about the load that pupils carry with learning differences, without support or receiving inclusive education. Differences can seem manageable but when they transfer to high school, those differences start to feel more of a burden. We at @thecsp are hearing of more local recruitment freezes affecting physio at more NHS trusts in England - this is so short sighted given the declared need for physios. The NHS in England will lose newly qualified PTs to the employers or other countries unless there is action.
