Fiona and I said goodbye to our beautiful little girl Yolandi this morning. Adopted from @KeighleyCatCare in 2018. Just so lovely, independent and loving. She had struggled for 4 weeks including a day at vets yesterday. We had a lovely final few hours with her earlier today

Lindita and I spoke to @BBCNews about the importance of awareness of the signs of #sepsis and early diagnosis. Lessons must be learned from Daniel’s death. @UKSepsisTrust @PIandMedNeg bbc.com/news/articles/…

I am delighted that we’ve been able to resolve this case for Daniel’s parents and secure a much needed apology. Sadly nothing can change Daniel’s death but hopefully changes will ensure greater awareness of sepsis amongst clinicians especially in neurodivergent children #Sepsis
