@AskAmexUK Calling you does not solve the problem, and now no help on social media. As a customer of 12 years I’m shocked. How do I escalate this further? Or is my only option the financial ombudsman?

@AskAmexUK I have lost count of the number of times I have called Amex to get this resolved. At least twice today. Many other times since the 9th Feb. Still not resolved. Very poor.

.@AmexUK complete disaster with my companion voucher. Hit my spend on the 9th February (almost 4 weeks ago) and ready to book flights to South Africa. Still no companion voucher despite multiple phone calls to Amex. Flights now no longer available. Completely misold £195 card.
