JUST IN: Substitute elderly teacher beaten by 280-pound student at Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis. Authorities have launched an investigation after 74-year-old substitute teacher Rob Gooding was allegedly beaten with a Chromebook. The student was described as a 6-feet-2, 280 pound "man child." "I saw him come up, and he said, ‘I’ve had it,’ and he came down and I blocked the Chromebook. That’s where the hole was," Gooding said, showing where he blocked it with his forearm.
