Hierarchical authority—be it the father of a family or the king of a nation or the pastor of a parish—is part of the natural order, and even when that ‘head’ is wrong about something (which is inevitable), it’s rarely a good thing to rend the whole body. If the head is sick, it can be healed, but once you start chopping off limbs, going back isn’t so easy.

@local_boethius @JTAlexander_ The reformation was not 'going to do my own thing' it was a reform movement that was expelled by the Catholic church.

Own a gladius for home defense, since that's what the great Julius Caesar intended. Four bandits break into my villa. "By Jupiter!" As I grab my helmet and gladius. I thrust my sword and pierce the heart of the first man, he falls to the ground lifeless. Draw my pugio on the second man, miss him entirely because it's a short-range weapon and it hits the clay pot. I have to resort to the ballista mounted at the top of the villa loaded with javelins, "For the glory of Rome!" The javelins pierce through two men in the blast, the sound and extra splinters shatter the nearby vases. Fix my pilum and charge the last terrified bandit. He bleeds out waiting on the Praetorian Guard to arrive since pilum wounds are difficult to heal. Just as Julius Caesar intended.

The actual ideology of these anticolonial movements was that white people have no right to live in Africa and it’s up to their Third World rulers whether they’ll be allowed to live there and on what terms. That’s the underlying moral claim of decolonization. My two parting questions are: - Can you think of a single American official in the last 70 years who would disagree with that claim, even in its most explicitly racial phrasing? - Can you imagine the same moral claim applied, with modifications, to the United States? Because the “decolonizing” left certainly can.

“Third Worldism” is a good term and I use it myself, but I prefer other names like “race communism” for two reasons. 1. Its enemy is not just the West but white people explicitly. 2. “Third Worldism” sounds foreign and it’s not. It’s the ideology of the American empire.

Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Big difference between people who criticize US policy and those who want to absolutely destroy U.S., work to make its collapse happen, and feel absolute pleasure in seeing Americans fail. hudson.org/politics-gover…

Every American problem - from bad infrastructure, to open borders, to foreign lobbies manipulating American power, to the massive debt - could be solved inside 5 years with forceful, effective government. But not this form of government.

@MattWalshBlog Voting should, at a minimum, be contingent on heritage, marital status, and welfare received vs. taxed paid. Raising the age to 25 would be a good start.

There's basically no difference between this and the exact same kinds of "dumb spring breaker" videos you'd see 10 years ago or 20 years ago or 30 years ago. I actually don't mind the fact that a bunch of 18 and 19 year old kids are totally ignorant about world affairs. That's healthier than obsessively doomscrolling alone in your basement or whatever. The problem is that these kids can vote. We should all just agree that 19 year olds are stupid and don't know anything, and that's basically fine, but it's also why they shouldn't be able to vote. Raise the voting age to 25.

@mattvanswol The Constitution hasn’t governed the American people in at least a century, and the sooner we realize it’s a relic of a bygone age with no power of its own, the greater our opportunity do what’s necessary to save our country.

30-32% of the population are first and second gen immigrants. This foreign-origin population includes 21% of Blacks, 80+% of Asians, 66% of Hispanics, and ~8-10% of Whites. Americans (of all backgrounds) with pre-Hart-Celler roots have been thoroughly replaced and displaced in a much greater share of the US than in comparable European countries. We can definitely still resolve the issues this brings, but we should keep keenly aware of our situation.

Addressed that in the last sentence. Assuming they weren’t enslaved by the existing (and thriving) Arab slave trade, their ‘free’ life in Africa would’ve still been a Hobbesian nightmare. Not that slavery was the better lot, but if the negative difference in quality of life is ‘oppression,’ it’s not all that much.

Do you think the mass demoralization and institutional/economic disenfranchisement of white men was intentional or incidental? If the former, then it’s not a matter of scapegoating, as bad actors holding the levers of power wanted to do us harm and did, giving us the right to blame them. We can debate who’s to blame but not that there is indeed someone to blame. Not every conflict can be resolved by soul-searching.

The question for young men is to figure out precisely what is holding you back from your dreams, and how to break through the barrier. The Torbas of the world will sell you resentment and scapegoating, but besides being a distortion of reality, it won't help you build your life. If you're honest about your circumstances, the real conclusion is not "the Jews are why my life isn't where I want it to be," in the same way as "whiteness, or systemic racism, is why my life isn't where I want it to be." While it's fine to solve social problems, my observation is that people who are obsessed with blaming Jews, whites, blacks, whomever, have real individual issues they need to sort through, and will be disappointed to discover that spending a few years hating the scapegoat didn't materially improve their lives at all.

Transgender activists used to run this same tactic, which we now see with the Groypers: they mobilize their bots and basement-dwellers to "ratio" tweets to create the feeling of social punishment for believing that "girls can't become boys" or "Israel didn't kill Charlie Kirk." Both ideas are false, of course, and Torba is precisely the kind of man who is inducing the "full-blown schizo meltdown about the Jews," which is why he took the bait here. The solution is simple: tell the truth, which will outlast the ideological fantasies of the Groypers and the ephemeral clicks of Nigerian bot farms.
