Edmonton police are searching for 21-year-old Prabhjeet Singh, a sex offender who removed his ankle monitor and and is believed to be trying to escape to India. Singh was under monitoring following a May 2025 incident involving a minor and is scheduled to appear in court on July 29. His last known location was near Range Road 195 in Lamont County, just east of Sherwood Park, on July 20. He is described as six feet tall, 173 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police say Singh has ties to India and could be trying to travel there.
