@SwiggyCares Order hasntbeen delivered since over 90 minutes although it was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. Thanks to your not, it's been saying it'll be delivered in 2 minutes for the last 45 minutes and not connecting with agent. Please look into it ASAP.

@SwiggyCares An order was placed at 6:40 with ETA around 20-30 minutes. It's still not delivered and the chatbot is not even taking up the concern and automatically ending the chat without an proper response or resolution or redirecting to human chats. Please look into this.
