Built an offline WYSIWYG editor around reveal.js where I can collab with my agents. Pulled the features from slides.com, figured out what I wanted and spun up a ralph loop.

Genuine question: how many complaints about LLMs are actually just user error? People have used them daily for years and still don't grasp the fundamentals. For example what a context window is. The hype drowns out the basics.

Gave a talk last night at @SecTalks_GC on my passion project: an autonomous software factory. Agents write, test, review & merge code to main. Humans just bring the ideas. You don't trust the agents, you trust the harness around them. Shoutout @_maxim_petrov for driving so I could debug the demo en route to the venue 😅

@samueljmcd I do have long planning discussions with the LLM where I steer it and push back before implementation starts. I can see if you aren't doing that you may experience multiple iterations and burning tokens

On a max plan for Claude I rarely max out my weekly usage. But I see people doing it all the time. Does it scale massively with larger codebases? Anyone maxing out their usage? How do you do it?

Have some extra time before a Meetup tonight so I thought I'd check out my old University. Lots of nostalgia walking though it, lots of things are different but some things never change. I used to stress and grind the uni assignments and now I'm here clankering away.
