@HighburyHugh Not as much as Arteta has you 😂. But in a serious point he’s a very exciting player, but looking at what Eze has become since he joined I doubt he’ll be allows to express himself too much as a lot of managers now want players to fit their way, like Grealish at City

Brighton are a very dislikable team

@HighburyHugh @CphGunner I don’t think it was loaded. He’s not a particularly liked manager similar to our one. I was genuinely wondering if you liked him or not. Like I said, I don’t particularly like our one, but he at least is speaking his mind for a change. All season he’s given the same interviews

@logannewington @CphGunner I think it was a loaded question 🧐 And that's because we were critical of Hurzeler. That's broadened out to the basis for his pre and post game comments. The broader direction of football is misdirection. Albeit true. You only missed Spurs losing 🤣

@logannewington @CphGunner Well maybe Hurzeler should say that then "we need to be better, we need to find ways to score" etc. We played that way because we are nervous and desperate to win. I'll don't mind admitting that. We've not won the PL for 22 years. The players feel the pressure. We can see that.

My point is that Hurzeler needs to understand the context of that performance and basically just focus on why his own team couldn't win, rather than criticising opposition teams.

@HighburyHugh @CphGunner Like I say, my enjoyment of Brighton has gone down so much over last couple of season’s as it’s all a bit meh. But usually when I go and watch live it’s still exciting, even when we lose. Last night was dreadful to watch and no Arsenal fan will convince me otherwise

I’m not actually moaning at Arsenal really, as you do what you get away with. But something needs to be done in football in general

@logannewington @HighburyHugh With all respect, we are forced to play against low blocks every week. You can check we play higher than every team in the league. We were poor yday. But teams don’t try and play against us, why are we the issue?

If last night becomes the norm, I won’t be paying to go and watch. If that’s what you want to do then that’s fine too

For YEARS we played some of the best football in the world and were told it didn’t better, now we shouldn’t win this way. The whole media circus which Hurzler is feeding is utterly ridiculous
