I saw Bob Dylan in Athens last night with a buddy. They put our phones in locked sleeves so they couldn’t be used. They wrote our section, row and seat on a piece of paper. The girl who wrote it messed up our tickets and a lot of people around us. We were in the pit but she wrote section 102. Turned into a debacle and we got kicked out of our seats in the middle of a slow piano song. In the third row right in the front middle. The usher was all stressed, nobody knew where they were supposed to be, and he ended up looking at me and yelled “you two can get up right now or I’ll get somebody in here who will make you”. Could have heard a pin drop while it was going down. People around us were pissed it was interfering with the music. We obviously calmly complied. Ended up off to the side in like the 5th row but it was just a bummer. Everybody staring at us. We were mortified. Couldn’t access our phone to prove where our real seats were. They should have printed tickets! The show was awesome, however. Bob is a legend.
