@Sleepyweezul @fibromyalgiast1 I have Fibro, am 54, not reached menopause yet. I have prolapses both cystocele & rectocele, due to birthing, & laziness. Paid the price...better since Kegels daily 5 mins, got a Kegel8 as well, but the real key is collagen along with vit c! We lose it as our hormones go.

Tomorrow is a big day. Undergoing neck surgery. Removing a herniated disc and fusing two vertebrae. Crossing fingers it helps with the ungodly pain I’ve been enduring for the last couple of years.
