i’m starting to cry over food now it’s like the voice in my head and the food noise keeps conflicting with each other i want to eat something but the voice is giving me a million reasons why i shouldn’t even though it would still be within my cal limit

i can actually only omad and it has to be dinner bc it’s like for me eating opens the floodgates for me
