Most bigger DTC brands we work with struggle with finding a good dev shop. Having a full time dev doesn't make sense, and relying on a freelancer is too risky. Gap I'm seeing: reliable fast execution. Brands willing to pay $$$ to get this done. If this is you drop your site below 👇🏼

One of my first Shopify projects was to find workaround for this limitation and we did it and we build long lasting relationships with my merchant now a good friend. So @tobi your code did help me enter the ecosystem, so no complaints, we are plus partner now :)

Is there a service (freelancer or agency) that just… migrates you off overpriced SaaS? I was paying $400/mo for Okendo. Judge me is $15/mo. Migration’s annoying, but I’d happily pay a % of annual savings to never touch it and just have someone manage migrating and make sure its seamless switch Feels like a service a ton of DTC brands would use. Anyone seen this?

It is a pretty funny email to get from Shopify for me 😅 Definitely not wrong.

So after getting frustrated with service, I raised request for cancellation of account. Since I had paid for one year in our post paid plan, I requested a refund and apparently they are ok to cancel but without any refund ????? @pib_comm @DoT_India @reliancejio @jagograhakjago How is this allowed?@JioCare

I hate to do this, but @JioCare doesn’t provide a good reason to keep quiet and wait for resolution. The fiber service is down for another 3 days and nobody turns up to address the issue. This is highly unprofessional and beyond understanding when service requests cant be attended and there is no way to talk to any human.
