Why do @TfL insist on waiting until a Piccadilly line train pulls in to the platform at Turnham Green before closing the doors on people trying to make the District line train on the other side?!? 3 seconds is all it would take! Instead of a 10 minute wait! Sort your schedules!

And the best of it is...I call @CasperUK to discuss the situation and they’re closed for a team event...”dreaming up ways to make Casper even better” I’ll tell you how to make it better...use a delivery company who don’t lie about trying to deliver things like @UPS have today!

Yesterday; found out 9am that my @CasperUK mattress would be delivered by @UPS way too late to organise a day off work!? Today; took an unpaid day off constantly checked the tracking & the driver marked it as an attempted delivery when he hasn’t! NO BED AGAIN!!! Disgraceful @UPS
