I know this family. She's highly active at her local CrossFit box and WAPF chapter.
The waffles are high protein and nutrient-dense, homemade with a 1:1 egg:flour ratio (which, btw, is homegrown lactofermented einkorn), raw cream and extra powdered goat milk. Each waffle has 2 eggs and 600 mg choline, at least.
The marshmallows are homemade from Maui Nui venison gelatin and wild-harvested glyphosate-free honey. About 5g glycine per mallow.
The kid in question is heavy but is (DEXA-confirmed) 98th percentile for lean mass and 99th for bone density. Walked at 6 months, can do three pull-ups. Bryan Johnson-esque sleep scores from the glycine.
