@CNC_Kitchen Remember when 3D printing was about producing plastic parts on demand at home with little to zero waste. We went several steps backwards with these types of printers unfortunately.

Final weigh-in: 1007 g filament poop, 202 g purge tower and 489 g of print. That makes 1209 g of waste VS 489 g print, or a ratio 2.5/1 which is quite wasteful!

@terrariankhaios The range wouldn't be a problem. AirTags use the FindMy Network that connects to all iOS devices near it. It just needs an iPhone near it to work and send a signal. Tile is a similar alternative outside the iOS ecosystem.

@loohney Looked into it, and unfortunately it only works on iphones (android user here) and worse, has a range of around 30ft. Shino went much further than that, so it wouldn't have helped either, sadly. Clever idea for sure, but might not work as you'd expect.

This little stinker about gave me a heart attack! I've been house-sitting for my grandparents, but coming back to my apartment to work on the next video. They called saying their house alarm was going off, so I rushed to check it out. It was a false alarm, but...
