I was pushing myself to the maximum when I burned out a few years ago. When you’re always “on,” there’s a good chance your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight mode. When you rush through every task and constantly chase the next thing, you're not just busy—you're living in a state of panic. Move slower. Take days off. Breathe deeply—slow, intentional breaths. Calm your body. Soothe your mind. That's how you actually get more done—with clarity, energy, and presence.

Fear of failure is keeping you playing small. You have dreams you don't pursue, ideas you don't share, and gifts you don't express, all because you might fail. What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? Share that post? Invite that client? Start that business? Your fear of failure isn't protecting you, it's limiting you.

@itscristabraun I also like to open windows when it rains outside, especially in summer. The air seems to have different smell when it's raining and the sound of the rain is actually calming when we pay attention to it

Saturday morning...🌧️ Windows open to let in the cool breeze. The sound of rain falling softly outside. A cup of delicious coffee warming my hands. It’s amazing how much gets accomplished by being fully present. Presence unlocks gratitude. And gratitude unlocks productivity. It lowers stress & inflammation gives you mental clarity and helps heal the body from the inside out. So, go ahead... Be highly productive today by simply being highly present. ✨

Burnout didn’t happen to me overnight. It happened one little self-abandonment at a time. One ignored emotion. One pushed boundary. One “just one more thing” whispered to myself late at night.
