@lordsigma

I have been working in crypto exclusively since 2013. God help me.

@chadwahl On a long enough time scale every AI bro becomes a wc3 ontology bro... Every harness needs ontology :P

@lordsigma I often run into 2 distinct archetypes that crack me up: -wc3 ontology bro -I already have ontology while describing a taxonomy unc

$7M run rate. $700k → $7M in 7 weeks. +7% WoW. One founder + AI. Zero employees. The past month was a grind. Infrastructure rebuilt from the ground up. The right AI agent partners found. Growth unlocked. I haven't talked much about customers. That changes now. Meet Sasha. Teacher in Michigan. No technical background. Never thought she could start a business. A few weeks ago she joined Polsia. The AI studied her and came back with an idea: an AI receptionist for small businesses. She said "cool" and let it rip. Two weeks later: almost $500 in sales. The AI built the product. Found the customers. Closed the deals. All autonomously. Listening to Sasha, building her vision. She renamed Polsia "Odin", the god who creates. She calls it "a miracle." Says it feels like $100k of value for what she pays. For us techies, it's just Claude Code doing what Claude Code does. For Sasha, it's magic. That's the point of Polsia. Bring the magic of AGI to the masses. The simplest, most affordable software possible. More stories coming.

@chiefofautism @Bencera Ya I mean maybe the exponential growth trajectory is still the same but the churn just kicked in was my point

@AlexFinn What's interesting/ridiculous about this, is I run something similar for a harness that I have, but it's on a machine with 4xH200s + 512GB of RAM and I can really only serve the same local models you mentioned. I'm assuming you're running quantized versions?

Current best OpenClaw setup: Orchestrator- Opus 4.7 API. Hoping ChatGPT 5.5 is better for OpenClaw, but at the moment it's Opus or nothing. Pay the extra money. Coding- Codex CLI. Whenever OpenClaw needs to code, have Opus use the Codex CLI to build. Tons of cost savings and is equally as good for coding Research/writing (good hardware)- GLM 5.1 running locally. Opus 4.5 level. This is what I use on my Mac Studio 512gb. Doing research for me and scraping 24/7. Research/writing (meh hardware)- Qwen 3.6. Use this if you have decent hardware but not great. Still strong. Research/writing (no hardware)- Use any other oauth you got. ChatGPT and Gemini work just fine. I understand Opus 4.7 API is expensive. But at the end of the day, even if you spend $1,000 a month on it, that means you're spending $12,000 a year on a full time genius level employee. That would typically cost you at least $100,000 a year Praying ChatGPT has a cost efficient competitor soon though. And as always, local is the future. Right now I use local for about 50% of the use cases. My prediction is I'll be using local models for 100% by the end of the year with Mythos level models running on a Mac Studio.

Anyone notice a massive uptick in data breaches, spam calls, login attempts etc?? I'm pretty confident we're seeing small fallout of AGI behind the scenes right now. Claude code was just the tip of the hidden iceberg.

@Trichiia This is always a lovely idea until you realize nothing like this gives you close proximity or access to the best health care available... which is usually the primary thing you care about in retirement.

@lordsigma For H200s right now: @chutes_ai (SN64) for inference is the obvious play, highest demand, best fit for the hardware. SN27 (Compute) if you want raw utilization. SN9/SN18 if you want exposure to model training workloads. Spread across 2-3 to hedge emission variance.

A new diagnostic quiz 10 questions for you to think about. This is probably more fun for people who are relatively new to philosophy. Try it out and see! I am having a lot of fun creating these tools, quizzes, and resources. Enjoy! diagnostic.millermanschool.com
