@MTPHereToHelp I was wrongly issued a challan. I raised grievance on the same. And it was declined. I am not satisfied with the reason given. The reason says the on duty cop was a witness. I am sharing screenshots from the Mumbai traffic app itself.

@ThatFabulist Go to Gemini search and type in your search query e.g.- Plan a X days trip to X place. You can add whatever parameters you wish. Like I love food or shopping so add those points of interested to that. Keep the first day a little light. Etc and it will spit out what you need

@makemytripcare how the hell does someone get in touch with you if he’s got a hotel booking query. What is the point of having a customer service helpline which says go to our app for bookings and cut the phone automatically? Do you understand what customer service means?

@beerud - Extremely disappointed on how current customers are treated by @SMSGupShup support. Not bothering to call back or reply to emails. Multiple requests to setup meetings. Looks like you don’t seem interested for business. Really sad!

@the_eatfit do not order from eat fit. It’s the most pathetic place you can order from. They mess up the order completely. Not once not twice but three times now. Customer Support handle is pathetic. Nobody responds. It’s money down the drain.
