After 6 hours all along, I finally have it..
I wrote all this to tell you that this is the first time i get a new laptop.
When i was 18 years old got my first one; an 8-year-old HP, then got a refurbished one, then a mini Desktop
Last 3 and a half years I have had a Mac Pro Intel 2018, 8 gb, second-hand as well.
Today at my 33 yo, i got a dreamy, brand new Mac Air;
M4, 24gb, 15" (can't believe i have the big one, so handy)
Nothing worthy ever comes easy i guess XD
That's the first tweet on it, and can't wait to try Claude shenanigans and local models here

Uuuff just learned that in the next month or so i will go finally and fully debt free after like 3-4 years.
Getting a new Mac and gigs soon as well.
Sometimes the help doesn't come on the lows but on the mids.

Weird week, weird month.
Resolutions already thrown out of the window, as creator, crypto, macro routines gets disrupted while AI apocalypse or utopia is coming in a pace faster we can comprehend.
And they all tell you:
"You have ~2 years to escape permanent underclass"
Feeling somewhat lucky you are aware but on the other side there's no more of a depressive & overwhelming narrative, is it?
What's the point to grind intensively, even manage to get at this point that leaves most ppl you know behind?
What's the point of constantly fighting against brainrotting whilst everyone is surrendering, eating one blue pill after another?
Few days of setbacks and you realize all the mental, physical and mindset holes are still there just most of times you pretend that ain't there, ain't that severe..
You will touch grass today, maybe even tomorrow but still gotta ride the road coming Monday, there's simply no other choice.
And the loop keeps looping, with some modifications so you can keep going.
You might find this relatable, even think you aren't alone but you feel like it and that's exactly the problem.
And the other one being, we optimize for productivity, results. digital looks "haha i joined that agency, that's gotta farm the shit outta me but all cool kids joined, i must be cool too, haha"
We don't optimize for internal & external impact except when it comes down to flexing it.

A very sunny day thankfully and i'm up early, will take my gf to the zoo, touch some life, touch things i avoid, that's what i try to do lately cuz i'll need to build all the courage i can get.

A few months ago, a semi-popular guy here made a post, something like:
"I know everything about Xeet, AMA."
So i ask him how come I don't appear at all on the Crypto Creator LB even w/o earned Xeets?
Like i was typing my handle and i was non-existent.
He replied: You just have zero signal bro.
I said: i don't think so bro.
And while i knew that would come across as biased, i did a very thorough audit on the LB and noticed other prominent ppl missing so I forwarded the issue to the team with receipts.
Fast-forward to today, >25% of my total Xeets have come from this tournament.
Did i change something on my posting?
Not really, i think it most likely was a platform issue.
As for the guy i mentioned above?
He's 3k ranks below me..
I know that this post feels like bragging but i just want to make 2 points.
1/ Never let anyone who's not familiar with your game, dictate your value just bc he has more reach or followers or whatever.
2/ One thing i'd like Xeet to make more clear is give us more insights on what posts have been earning those Xeets.
I feel they can do it in a way that prevents gaming but also allows genuine creators to see what works in their broader crypto content so they can double down.

NYE started with unexpected stress.
The home party we organized got leaked.
So from 50-70 ppl we expected now we had to deal with the fact that a lot more ppl would come and nobody really wanted to play doorman.
But during an open party, especially in NYE, a lot of things can go wrong.
The guys along with Anna would be focused on playing so me as good bf and co-host I was in alert all the time to try and make sure things wouldn’t go out of hand.
Long story short, the house was fully crowded till 9-10 am, over 300 ppl came by, no cops appeared, nobody passed out and everyone had fun.
That was quite satisfying, knowing we offered a good time to ppl away from shitty, overpriced clubs and all the noise that takes place in the city during this day.
I particularly enjoyed when most ppl left and just a few of us kept dancing, fully relaxed and with space to move.
Nobody does it like us…
Me and Ann then slept for 4 hours and got up to clean all the house which was a bit rough but we managed to finish till the night.
As we were waiting for the food to be ready, she started making fun of all the people that a few earlier were in the very same living room and making all sort of whatever things.
It was so surreal to think about it and she made me laugh into tears. I legit can’t remember the last time I laughed so hard.
Then we watched Stranger Things, except the very last episode, inside our blankets before we sleep again.
I returned home the next day as I had to work (yeah gotta remove the unemployed part of my bio), finished around 1 am and sat alone to watch the last ST episode.
Towards the end, during the D&D scene, I caught myself thinking how much I like stories and how powerful among everyone the storyteller stands.
A storyteller isn’t someone who talks about their own self only or farms impressions by listing storytelling tips (lolz)
But the one who uses words to make you feel something by accessing the world’s kids of a lesser God and tells their story combining the elements of flow, sentimentalism, and honesty.
I’m fully rested and ready to long stories this year.

Decided to not go out tonight and instead sketch 2 articles, check some stuff and reflect a bit.
Had some news recently that will potentially lift a lot of my stress these days.
So it's more a matter of a choice rather than anything else.
Guess we just fight till it becomes a tangible choice.
