I've really been trying to give @MicrosoftTeams the benefit of the doubt, but man it is so insanely complicated to adequately understand and confidently use.

I've no idea why @PowerPoint won't allow you to make a standard line sketchy. But here's a trick you can use to create a sketched line and then you can add arrows, change colour, weight, dashes and size.
