I used to be terrible just like you, so keep grinding! and maybe if you spend less time shit talking and more time studying you might end up more successful. You will need to least a 20/1 studying to shit talking ratio!

@RealSimpleAriel What REAL day trading looks like if anyone is interested, with real results and real totals. And the actual trades I make. Not paper trading results, or a single lucky two weeks that will be gone next month.

BREAKING: Iran is no longer willing to negotiate over its nuclear program at all, per Tasnim. Discussions will only cover ending the war, sanctions relief, compensation, and lifting the blockade. Nuclear issues "could be addressed later in a separate agreement," only after the war has ended. Nuclear was the central issue in the first round of Islamabad talks, with Trump saying it was "the only point that really mattered." Iran has now removed it from the table entirely. Trump says the war won't end without a nuclear deal. Iran says nuclear won't be discussed until the war ends.

$SPY 3 different routes, one ultimate destination. That’s how I see the price action for the next 2-4 weeks. 1- A move up towards 660-663, followed by a move down all the way to 631 minimum. 2- A stronger move up towards 666-672, followed by a move down all the way to 631 minimum. 3- No more room for a move up and the path to 631 minimum starts immediately from here. Obviously the drop to 631 doesn’t necessarily have to be in a straight line, wherever it starts going down, although that’s possible, for sure.

Another wild week in the books — SPY closed at 634.09, down 1.71% today on the daily. But here’s the truth: what’s done is done. The market doesn’t rewind the tape for anyone. It’s Friday. The charts will still be here Monday morning, same as always. So unplug, breathe, and enjoy a truly relaxed weekend. Smart trading isn’t about stressing the past or forcing moves — it’s about having a solid Plan B, sticking to your rules, and keeping risk under control. Position size, stops, and patience are the only things you truly own. One scenario I’m watching closely for next week: we could see a gap-down or a clean test of the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement right around 629.76 (measured from the April 2025 low in the post-Trump inauguration period up to this year’s high). That level has confluence and could spark a strong rebound off the 200-day MA (660) From there, the path of least resistance might be another leg lower to fill the open gap from last year around 599-600. Classic mean-reversion setup in this choppy environment. Either way — no hero trades, no revenge trading, just process. The market rewards the disciplined, not the emotional. Have a peaceful weekend, everyone. The game will still be on when we return. Stay sharp. 📉✌️ #SPY #RiskManagement #TradingPlan

It is with a heavy heart that my family and I mourn the loss of our beloved Samson. “Sammy” was only 7 and a half years old. We don’t know what happened. Today he was a little lethargic and acting funny. He’s always been a bit of a special pooch. Some days he just didn’t want to eat breakfast and then he’d eat dinner and be whining for more food. Today he didn’t want to eat breakfast, so it wasn’t out of the ordinary. Then late this afternoon his breathing changed. It became shallow and rapid so I rushed him to the emergency vets. He had a seizure in the car and passed away. I yelled and yelled for him to come back, and I shook him and shook him… but he was gone. We are devastated. I have never loved a dog like I love him. He was a great friend. I’d even let him share my pillow in bed. He would snuggle up to me and I would tell my wife “bros before hoes” 🤣 She would reply that I stole her dog! (bc she got him about a year and a half before we started seeing each other.) He loved my girls so much too. So much! When they’d get home from school or wherever we would joke he was gonna break a hip he wagged his tail so hard. And he’d bark sooo loud in excitement too. Sammy loved to snuggle us and had no idea that at 85 pounds, he really wasn’t supposed to be a lap dog. Boy… I wish I could have him sit in my lap right now. I have so many fond memories of Samson, and I will miss him dearly. Before Sammy, I really didn’t understand how people could be so upset, and so devastated by the loss of an animal. Now I know. Now I know… Samson George Aug 5, 2018 to March 12, 2026 7 years, 7 months and 7 days. Nowhere near enough time. I hope I get to see you on the other side, Sammy. You can have my pillow. ♥️
