@Tesco disappointing that recent grocery deliveries are now late (todays by 30 mins). Not sure what has changed as they used to be so punctual and sometimes even early. Difficult to rely on a delivery slot now when you need to leave the house shortly after.

@Tesco 2/2 then sending people text messages saying they are on the UK watchlist for not paying for their petrol (when your system was down). I understand if people drive off, but this was through no fault of their own

@Tesco how can you justify charging a £4 admin fee at Highwoods in Colchester today when your contactless payment system was unavailable and you weren’t making people aware of this of this before they filled up ? Then advising people to carry cash in future ! 1/2

@BouxAvenue ordered for my daughter and accidentally sent to her old address. Contacted you straight away but no way to cancel order. Fortunately they have a royal Mail redirect service but they still managed to deliver it to the old address and leave it outside 🙄. What now ?

@RoyalMailHelp hi. I ordered a parcel for my daughter but sent to her old address in error. She has a redirection in place. Unfortunately despite being told it would be automatically redirected it was delivered to the old house and left outside. This is 150 miles away.
