Bichette got a double hitting it to left field as opposed to recently being right field prone. Benge got a solid hit. Soto started his running progression today. Semien hit a shot that might have been a home run on a warmer night. Finally, Nolan McLean pitched an outstanding game going 7 innings. Hang in there fans, we will turn this around !

I no longer fill scripts, but it does feel like the PBM tide may be turning. Whether due to consent orders, state laws, or otherwise, audit responses are becoming more favorable, and terminations seem to have slowed. Fair reimbursement is the last and most important piece.

Pete Alonso looks so refreshed - his stature, demeanor, energy, positivity, etc. The Orioles are (obviously) far from being an elite ballclub, but you can just see Alonso needed to get out of the toxicity of the Mets organization. Will this result in even better performance?

What kind of a rebate is @OptumRx demanding from the maker of Restasis to continue blocking the generic from being on formulary for Medicare patients? When the generic costs $63 and the Brand name costs $626, it really makes you wonder. The patient is also stuck with a higher copay since they must utilize the Brand name over the generic. I would say the patient could just pay cash for the generic, but this patient will no doubt hit the catastrophic for the year due to the cost of other medications they have been prescribed. So, that wouldn’t necessarily be fair to them would it?
