@MarinersONTap Can we just admit this platoon shit doesn't work? It's better to have everyday players that are able to get in a rhythm. You have 1 utility player (Mark Mclemore for example) That rotates around to give people off days. Then you have your starters.

@MarinersONTap Dh and right field are platooning right now and not second base. I would like to see Bliss at second base in this series if they face another lefty or at shortstop. Rivas has done well however coming off the bench would be helpful too.

@MarinersONTap Cal has been the Mariners top clutch hitter over the last few years. I think Brendan Donovan could be that too and Naylor. It might be early on in the season however if the mariners need a clutch hit in the seventh or later on having Cal available be good.
