Even if they were personally more strongly influenced by other bands, without the Beatles they wouldn't have existed. And when it comes to a discography, which is what you're asking about, the Beatles' 13 albums in 7 years (including Help, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt Pepper, The White Album and Abbey Road in just 4 YEARS, plus classic singles they didn't even bother to include on their albums during that period ( I Feel Fine; Day Tripper/We can work it out; Paperback Writer/Rain; Penny Lane/Strawberry Fields; Hey Jude; Lady Madonna) beats every other group easily. And I say that as a huge fan of LZ and Pink Floyd.
