Extremely poor service from @bookingcom . disabled my long-standing account with Genius Level 3. Your support advised me to delete it and open a new account, promising the status would transfer. Now you refuse to restore it. Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated like this.

@bookingcom Sharing the response @bookingcom. After years of loyalty and earning Genius Level 3, my account was disabled with no reason. Now you refuse to restore it. Please escalate to your CEO so they can see how customers are pushed into loyalty scheme and then blocked without explanation

@LandRover_UK dropped my discovery car 3 weeks ago at the dealer for incontrol module repair. It’s shocking to hear there is no ETA for parts with indefinite wait. Emailed Customer service & contacted branch manager but no replies at all. Not even return courtesy call on chase up
T 3590 -I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited ..
All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !
