@starsvation here’s the problem- that amount of food sans the second bowl of cereal isn’t the worst, I’m thinking she eats far more than this. however I noticed she literally ate no protein or fiber. so that’s problem 1, problem 2 is this level of obesity causes hormonal issues = hair loss
