Dear Nigerians after Demanding for my case to be charged to Court or my Properties released the EFCC Port Harcourt @officialEFCC want to cripple my business I will not keep quiet, During my 6 days illegal detention at the EFCC I Lost 80% of my customers my business has suffered heavy loss since September 2024 , EFCC have for over 2 years investigated me yet found nothing then suddenly you start sending letters to my customers demand for them to come for a meeting this is Witch hunting to my business customers has been leaving my App since yesterday , Customers are very sensitive when it comes to matters that concerns money & Security Operatives , how can you be inviting my Customers to EFCC to explain transactions they performed on Savita years ago when nobody complained nor filed a petition against the company, you invaded my home and whisk me away and lock me up for 6 days then begin investigation for over 2 years yet found nothing if not that I spoke up recently you people thought I have forgotten my properties, now you're suddenly looking for what to charge me with thereby going to contact my customers for a meeting, I wish to state it out to the world to know this, my Company Savita Global Trading Ltd has not in anyway committed any crime EFCC is not investigating my company, nobody filed a petition against my company EFCC Should Stop Killing my business, I'm an employer of labour after Killing my business you render 100+ people/Families Jobless, EFCC contacting my customers has put a very bad assumption on my customers making them to stop Using our App, You're supposed to investigate me personally not trying to ruin my company, if my company has committed any crime then I'll be served a petition directly or customer has to file a Petition, not EFCC sending a Letter of invitation to a customer when my company is not in any case with EFCC , the Transactions in which you want the customer to clarify was not reported why suddenly invading my business privacy you asked for Invoice of all my transactions I gave all to you.. I want to remind you that you've violated the Section 373 & 375 of the Criminal Code Act, Section 24 of the Cybercrimes Act 2015, I will not keep quiet, this is 15 days you're yet to serve me court papers, you're yet to take me to court what is your fear? The men at the EFCC @officialEFCC has again try to change my bank password linked to my Moniepoint account, Let it be on record that if my business account is compromised and people's money loss EFCC officials incharge of my device will be held responsible.. this activity was conducted with my iphone 13 pro max which has been in the custody of EFCC since September 18th 2024, my Lexus car & iphone has been held by EFCC without no pin found on me, instead of releasing my properties EFCC held onto them till date without no atom of effort to release them, my lawyers has written couple of letters to EFCC chairman @OlaOlukoyede_ he has ordered Port Harcourt zonal director to release my items or whatever their conversation is but unfortunately nothing has been done, if I get there they keep turning me around I want to inform the world that this is the 3rd time they've tried to change my Moniepoint Business Account Password through my iphone 13 pro max because that's the primary phone you can access this account with. If my properties are not secure in your possession why not release them to me instead of trying to steal from me despite not finding me guilty of anything.
