@MichaelAArouet In the UK we tip for good service, & it’s probably around 10% depending on where you are,But we are not expecting to tip because our staff in the uk are made a minimum wage of £12.50ph.No one tips me for my exceptional service as a travel agent, helping customers

@kryptosopus @kachieze @MichaelAArouet When we went to Miami we paid the service charge only, apparently we were meant to tip too, I’m not paying anything on top of a service charge. USA is absolutely outrageous with their tipping, it’s literally a rip off. Pay your staff higher wages instead of relying on customers
English

@kachieze @MichaelAArouet Service charges are literally just tips the restaurant names themselves lol. At least with tipping you can hand cash straight to your server, try doing that with a "service charge"

Hi @Keir_Starmer
What happened to “Labour would freeze your council tax”?
Or “Not a penny more on your council tax…No ifs, no buts”?
Many people across the country are opening letters for higher council tax bills.
Labour deserve the local election annihilation coming in May.

@Hoopss Being expected is ridiculous. In the uk we tip for good service & will tip when we eat out, but if the service is not good they do not get a tip. How about bosses pay them correctly, staff in the UK are entitled to £12.20 per hour minimum wage, the USA should be the same

@Heccles94 Because leaders in Iran want to kill their own citizens, surely you don’t support the regime?

This man complains that his daughter stays in her room all day and doesn’t enjoy talking to him and his wife. Whenever she does come down for food or water, he’s always reminding her that when she turns 18 either she can move out or pay rent.
I never understood why people do this as a scare tactic to teach kids responsible. Is it possible that his interactions like this is actually damaging his relationship with his daughter. Isn’t he giving her a vibe that he doesn’t want her around or is this a part of teaching her responsibility?

I made a planning mistake and it ended up making more sense to go wait at the school to pick up my son 35 minutes early rather than five minutes late like usual. I’ve discovered that a very large number of parents are insane. There was already multiple cars waiting when I arrived and many here 20+ minutes early. Why do this? What are you accomplishing?!

@DashRendar88 @Melo_Malebo We understand the fundamentals it's just that most of us would rather stick pins in our eyes.
When you do get somewhere, you don't get enough time on shore and there are 5000 people all trying to do the same thing at the same time.

@narindertweets And that’s wonderful. But I still don’t want unchecked people coming over the border

I just arrived at my Airbnb and took a moment to look around and look what I noticed. I think it would have been helpful if they mentioned this to me over the phone. I was literally with the manager just a few minutes ago. Her phone is busy right now, but I sent her this photo. I saw that she saw it, but she totally ignored it. I've already paid hoping this will be resolved.
