@British_Airways still no replies to emails and when checking on status still states in a queue, it’s some queue since the original complaint was submitted in May. I have started a case with CEDR wonder if that will move things on any quicker….

@British_Airways I got an email stating I would be refunded £600 as x2 suitcases were lost by BA in MAY (that’s how long this has dragged on for). I sent over my bank details on 29th August and haven’t had the money, no one replying to emails. Can someone look into this

@British_Airways was told in August I was going to receive £600 compensation as BA lost my luggage in May.
I gave my bank details via email, have never received the money and no one has replied to my emails for months. Communication beyond terrible.

@British_Airways it’s been a month since I was told I was getting a refund but I haven’t received it and none of my emails are getting answered. This has been going on since May so frustrating

@British_Airways after a 4 month wait I was told I was getting compensation, provided by bank details 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the payment, no response to my email the complaints process is as much of a shambles as my experience of booking with BA

@British_Airways after 11 weeks my case for compensation after a delayed flight and x2 lost suitcases still in a queue. No email updates, no one you can talk to on live chat or on phone and no estimates of timescales. Look forward to your next response, sure it will be vague…

@British_Airways now over 9 weeks since I submitted a compensation claim for a delay and x2 lost suitcases. Every time I check the status of my case it says it’s in a queue. Will never fly with BA again the worst customer service ever experienced

@ScotCitylink hi there I had some issues using the website and have selected the wrong journey can I please have a refund there wasn’t any option to amend the journey booking ref is 16280948

@ScotCitylink Your website is incredibly old and difficult to navigate hence the issues, but if you look at the confirmation time, the time I got in touch and the time of departure it was all done with more then 24 hours notice, yes only by a minute but it does say 24 hours notice not 24.01

@lucycinnamon Unfortunately upon further investigation it would seem like the ticket you booked was within 24 hours of departure from when you got in touch with us. This means, according to our terms and conditions, we cannot refund or cancel the tickets. Apologies for any inconvenience 1/2
