@amazon I ordered an item last week which showed as ‘in stock’ and would be delivered in 2 days. Still not delivered and is actually out of stock. Won’t dispatch until the 13th even though I should have received it on the 1st? AND I can’t cancel the order… shocking 😡

@AmazonHelp Sold by Alulux but dispatched by Amazon. I don’t understand why the order has been accepted and the shipping process started on a product that isn’t even in stock. ASIN is B085T2WQ3B. It still shows as in stock and will apparently receive Monday. Amazon associate says otherwise
