Matt Myers has been an incredible partner for @BloombergDotOrg. Together, we’ve worked to reduce tobacco-related deaths and disease globally and domestically. His strong and steadfast leadership has helped save millions of lives, and we’re looking forward to building on our progress with Yolonda Richardson and her team.

The history books will rightly credit Matt Myers as being one of the greatest impediments to Big Tobacco’s efforts to addict kids. But I will always credit Matt w/ preventing suffering & saving countless lives. I’m sad to see him leave, but the work he championed will continue.
