Update regarding S5 allocations. First of all, thank you to everyone who participated and supported Somnia throughout the campaign. The level of activity, feedback, and engagement across the ecosystem has been incredible to see. Following community feedback, the following adjustments are being made: - Discord role and Yapper allocations will be unlocked 100% on day one, with vesting only applying to quest allocations - Vesting reduced from 8 weeks to 4 weeks - Odyssey task difficulty reduced substantially The overall S5 allocation amount will remain as originally planned. As Somnia continues expanding across agentic applications, DeFi infrastructure, and ecosystem products, there will be many more opportunities to participate through future campaigns, incentives, and ecosystem initiatives. Thank you again to everyone building, participating, and growing alongside Somnia.

En 2026 los agentes de IA ya no son un experimento. Ejecutan transacciones, firman acuerdos, coordinan recursos entre ellos sin que ningún humano apriete un botón. Y ahí está el problema que casi nadie en cripto está mirando de frente: ¿quién valida el razonamiento, no solo el resultado? Los blockchains clásicos hacen una sola cosa bien: confirmar que 2+2 fue 4. Pero un agente de IA no opera así. Interpreta contexto, lee lenguaje natural, toma decisiones con información incompleta. Eso es estructuralmente incompatible con el consenso determinista de siempre. La economía agentic necesita algo que todavía no existe en producción a gran escala: una capa que pueda validar decisiones subjetivas, no solo cómputo. Tres proyectos tienen algo real que ofrecer ahí. @opentensor tokenizó el rendimiento de modelos de IA con una red de subredes donde los modelos compiten entre sí. La alineación de incentivos es inteligente y la comunidad es genuina. Pero la IA vive fuera de la cadena. El blockchain solo registra quién ganó, no razona. @autonolas construyó un framework serio para coordinar servicios multi agente. Casos de uso reales, arquitectura modular. El problema es el mismo: el agente piensa afuera, el contrato solo cierra adentro. La subjetividad sigue sin entrar al consenso. Luego está @GenLayer, y aquí es donde cambia la categoría. GenLayer no pone IA encima de un blockchain. La pone dentro del motor de consenso. Los validadores corren modelos localmente, comparan su razonamiento y acuerdan sobre outputs no deterministas usando algo llamado Optimistic Democracy, un mecanismo que pregunta no "¿es idéntico?" sino "¿tiene sentido?". Eso permite que el contrato mismo lea un artículo, evalúe intención, interprete una cláusula ambigua y ejecute. No es un smart contract más complejo. Es un contrato que razona. Si Bitcoin resolvió el dinero sin bancos y Ethereum resolvió los contratos sin abogados, GenLayer está resolviendo algo más difícil todavía: las decisiones sin árbitros. Y en un mundo donde millones de agentes van a necesitar coordinarse sin pedirle permiso a nadie, eso no es una feature, es infraestructura base. Mi pick para 2026. Sin dudas.
