Our Constitutional Council has voted to approve the Plomin Upgrade! The Council has deemed the “Plomin” Upgrade (Protocol v10.0) constitutional. It enables all CIP-1694 governance actions and requires ≥85% of stake pools to upgrade (node v10.1.4) for security. Enough DReps are registered, time requirements are met, and technical & security reviews show no major risks. Guardrails are satisfied—Plomin is cleared for deployment.
