I’m struggling with the timeline, or maybe just sad that the new company introduced with the human machines must die out as they are absent in the franchise when viewed chronologically. But otoh a complex xeno story told over 10+ hours is going to be an entire franchise worth of new content. And the first 2 episodes were dense and I love that. The aesthetic quality is phenomenally matched (especially ep1 compared to alien and aliens)
