Nunca olvidaré el primer día que un jefe danés se enfadó con un compañero mío por ir al trabajo resfriado, me quedé en shock. Con el tiempo descubrí que no era solo aquel jefe, sino algo muy extendido en la cultura danesa: si estás malo está mal visto que vayas a trabajar, porque le puedes pegar el virus al resto y que acaben todos malos. Tiene sentido, pero a los que nos hemos criado en la cultura de la penitencia nos sorprende. Desde entonces veo tan estúpida la actitud de algunos jefes españoles obligando a sus empleados a ir a trabajar enfermos, como si eso fuera bueno 🤦🏻
