@NP_official_ua Нова пошта - якийсь сюр, ні зворотного зв'язку на повідомлення, ні посилок, посилки зависають щоразу на 10-14 днів, ні компенсації, ні customer service.

@NP_official_ua Воно у випадковому порядку пропадає на два тижні в будь-якій країні, справа не в Австрії. Але, я точно як клієнт дещо знаю, чомусь у вашого конкурента такого немає.

@lukin_io Затримка пов’язана з додатковою перевіркою австрійською митницею, яка контролює відповідність документів та вмісту посилок. На жаль, на цей процес ми не можемо вплинути, тому поки що необхідно зачекати. Дякуємо за терпіння.

@NP_official_ua Хлопці, чесно, розумію, що вам нудно і краще не вникати в проблему клієнта, але зміна статусу, про яку ви говорите, — це перенесення дати. І так кожну посилку. І завтра буде новий перенос. Це очевидна проблема логістики.

@NP_official_ua Всі останні доставки займали тиждень-два. І якщо мені щастило, і хтось відповідав на мої запити, все, що рекомендувалося, «почекати», без розуміння - скільки. Customer service помер, думаю про перехід на інший сервіс.
