@OGdukeneurosurg -Bone Cement Pulmonary Embolism. -Multiple vessels/organs embolism is a very well recognised complication of PVP due to leakage of bone cement. -CT Chest, Echo (to rule out RA/RV cement masse)

@hpriverat Yes! It’s infected 👍 There are 2 ways to diagnose it - fluid analysis with cultures, or the cheaper sniff test
