I do IT for a pretty well-respected business school, and I'm often called in to help people with much more education and experience than me. It really isn't being dumb, it's just our knowledge lies in different areas, which is fine!

@whyamihere1992 @GeauxGabrielle As an IT guy myself, I'd love to reassure you that you're almost certainly not dumb lol. The reason we have jobs is because we're paid to know what's not working and also know how to fix it, so what's obvious to us isn't always as common-knowledge as it might look haha
