So, I'm a geeky Canadian guy. Gamer nerd, precisely! FF, WoW, GW, Metroid, Zelda, you name it!

@LilyGrace_09 11. Also, the three previous equations are wrong, by the way!
English
@noahwilsoncares @Lily_Argenta Again, your own words: "nearer in digits". One is closer to the truth than the other, so the level of incorrectness is not the same! By your own words, again, and despite you trying to claim otherwise.
English

@luskybe @Lily_Argenta They are incorrect. Just because one incorrect response is nearer in digits to the correct response doesn’t make it less incorrect than one that is further away. The difference between the incorrect responses doesn’t change how incorrect they are
English
@SuperSisi Usually female. And sure, the attractiveness helps, of course, but even in first-person games like Skyrim, where you don't really see your character, I still play as female characters most of the time
I just prefer playing as the badass heroines! There's something cool about it
English
@noahwilsoncares @Lily_Argenta If the difference in the incorrect responses can get greater, then by definition of the word "greater", they literally can't be equally incorrect!
English

@luskybe @Lily_Argenta If I asked “how long is this” and the answer was 45cm and you said 46 you are incorrect. If you say 100, you’re incorrect. The difference in the incorrect responses can get greater, but they are equally incorrect.
English
@noahwilsoncares @Lily_Argenta Nah, and you actually proving the opposite point here! For example, let's say you're measuring something that is 45cm, but you say it's 46cm, you're wrong, but not far off. If the thing is 45cm long but you measure it to be 1 meter? Yeah, you're a lot more wrong
English

@Lily_Argenta But like, no. If I say “9x5=46”, I’m not almost right because I’m one digit away. 46 or 44 are as far from the right answer as 0 and 100 are. I’m not more wrong the further away I get.
English
@Tablesalt13 I mean, that's the whole point of tariffs to begin with, no? Make the competition costier so that local business might thrive!
This is nothing special, and if Canadian businesses were interested with that they'd be over there already by now! :p
English
@theonlyjay9 @ChiliAx64 @thebeldamm So far 3 seasons, 12 episodes each, for a total of 36, with a fourth season on the way.
Also, recommending checking The Mighty Nein, since it's a sorta a sequel... Well, it's actually set on a different continent, but same world and all! Only one season so far of this one!
English

The one where the animation actually gets better with each season and not worse
animeme@ani_meme25
Let’s settle this. Vox Machina or Invincible? One of these is actually mid and y’all just won’t say it.
English
@cookieoncoffee @DustyW88 @kalaelizabeth While Malshep is the most played, Femshep is often considered the better option. But either way, it would divide people who already played the game a certain way.
Same with other stuff, like who survives on Virmire, who's the romance option, etc.
English

@DustyW88 @kalaelizabeth They would do john, he has more percentage around players either way, unless the team would really want jane, john would be the normal go to
English

The Mass Effect TV show will not be about Commander Shepard, instead it will be after the events of ME3, most likely connecting to the next game
Michael Gamble@GambleMike
@DanticsOfficial yes. the production weekly blurb is just a placeholder thing. i am not sure where it came from.
English
@PhonBaillie @adamscochran The issue is, they can't really look elsewhere. Canadians are not the only one sick of the U.S.; pretty much the entire world doesn't want to deal with them if they can avoid it! :p
English

@adamscochran Honestly, american distilleries and wineries need to look elsewhere because Canadians are never going back to the way things were. They will end themselves if they keep trying. We're more than happy to keep supporting our Canadian companies
English

We couldn’t even get a good deal with Iran.
Let’s not pick a fight with the Canadians who are much more stubborn and broadly well liked.

(Bloomberg) -- US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said the US might have to take action against Canada over its rejection of American wine and spirits.
English
@EricSwallowswel @ZombiApocolypse @TrueNorthStr0ng No, we're not scared of anyone because we just don't make enemies out of everyone, that's all!
English

@luskybe @ZombiApocolypse @TrueNorthStr0ng You guys aren’t scared of anything cause you know we protect you like our special needs younger sibling
English

Imagine thinking that the winning strategy is to give up multiple concessions to the other side, while accepting that they make absolutely no concessions themselves.
It's a good thing all these guys do is post online because they really do lack the brain cells for anything else.
Melissa 🇨🇦@MelissaLMRogers
CARNEY said this morning that Canada will NOT make any concessions to get to the negotiating table with the United States Elbows up 😆 this isn’t going to end well
English
@EricSwallowswel @ZombiApocolypse @TrueNorthStr0ng Again: You guys are the one constantly scared of Russia. We aren't
English

@luskybe @ZombiApocolypse @TrueNorthStr0ng Right because we put ourselves as a blockade from Russia. But there may still be the arctic threat which you have done fuck all about
English
@EricSwallowswel @ZombiApocolypse @TrueNorthStr0ng Dude, no one is threatening Canada... Well, except the U.S. actually, lately! We don't rely on anyone for defense because we don't have to!
IF we get involved into a war, THEN we might spend more in it. But, again, outside the U.S., there are no threat to Canada existing
English

@ZombiApocolypse @TrueNorthStr0ng You are 100 percent reliant on us for your defense. Your military expenditures have been laughable for 50 years.
English
@ryanlpainter @Bratt_world @Acyn History is not what ties our economies: Geography does. And with better transportation technology, that becomes least relevant now.
English

Trump won't be there forever, and the fact is that history ties our economies together. We will always need to have strong partnerships with the US.
I'm all for diversification, absolutely, but we cannot deny that we are bound to the US and they to us.
We've gotta work this out.

Shaheen: How does insulting our closest ally and neighbor help the businesses in my state and states all across this country who are hurting because of the loss of Canadian business and tourism?
Lutnick: Canada's economy leans on the incredible $30 trillion economy of America.
Shaheen: We have all those Canadian visitors who are not coming because of your comments and comments by the administration. How does that help our economy?
Lutnick: It is outrageous that Canada will not put U.S. Spirits on the shelf.
Shaheen: And they won't do it because of the insults from this president and comments like yours.
English
@shay_o66668 @IGN Unfortunately she dies in the game, and the show is apparently set after.
That being said, if they make another show set BEFORE the game, like, during First Contact... Well, I do see a Spectre getting involved in that conflict, and that Spectre could be Vasir!
English

Prime Video Mass Effect TV series co-showrunner Daniel Casey has stepped in to refute a report that suggested the adaptation had undergone rewrites to be “more appealing to non-gamers.” bit.ly/4vHm7OO

English
@CdotGoins @IGN From what I heard, the story of the show will be set after the Reaper war, so unlikely Shepard will be in it, except maybe for a mention.
Which is fine by me honestly. Too many choices in the game, which one do you pick for the series? Romance option? Kaiden or Ashley? Rachni?
English
@nuhre_ Nah, on this one I'm cool with an original story! There's many choices in the game that, on TV, would divide people. Femshep or Malshep? Kaiden or Ashley? Romance option?
Also... I think I'd love to see a Mass Effect cop (or rather C-Sec) show! :p Just throwing that out there!
English

Stop trying to “reimagine” everything. No one asked for original stories using a familiar IP as a prop.
If you want to bring a game to a new audience, just adapt it. Beat by beat. Scene by scene.
That’s literally how you please both sides—new viewers get the story, and fans don’t feel like they’re watching fanfiction with a budget.
English
@Kitkat53351 @LookAtMyMeat1 And honestly, I think people expected too much for that ending! Like, if they'd actually make 69 endings depending on all your choices since ME1!
I didn't personally expected that many endings, and as a result, the endings we go, after the update at least, was fine to me! :)
English

@LookAtMyMeat1 If anything ME3 got more hate than the entire franchise did all because of its final 15 minutes. Full franchise of 'your decisions matter in the greater scope' to 'Pick a color, we got bored and this is what you get now'
English

ME2 hate is undeserved because the final mission is hype as fuck
