The cashier named Hemant Tamrakar denied to take it back & rather harassed the customer. Customer approached the dumbest Branch Manager Budhhadev Bhattacharjee but he’s behaviour was beyond tolerance. @RBI these banks are hiring morons who do not have sense to talk. 2

Dear @TheOfficialSBI, I have made payment for Rs. 1500/- on 25th Nov25 at @zerodha @CoinByZerodha for my Mutual Fund. The amount got debited but at the same time failed at merchant end. I was waiting for the reversal but it didn’t happened. Kindly check on priority.

They replied the lines given by their team without understanding my concerns. If a customer is making payment before cutoff time whose responsibility is to get it credited to the ICCL’s account? Yesterday market was down but I’m not benefitted with it due to these morons. (3).
