@AirbnbHelp Your host is also offering reimbursements for their cancellation that they never provided FYI. It's ridiculous that I have to spend time with customer service to try to get reimbursed for the "inconvenience fee" that the host promised.

@FedExHelp I've been trying to pay an invoice for duties on a package that I received, but I keep getting the error message below but FedEx keeps sending me letters saying I'm overdue for payment. The customer service line keeps hanging up on me when I call.
